And I take my 76Cx with me on my motorcycle ('97 H-D Dyna FXD) all the time. I have a RAM mount and take power from the bike's 12V system through a fitting in the tank bag.

Send me an email if you like a photo of the mount. The RAM mounts are simply the best and most versatile on the market, I don't think there is anything nearly as good.
