Garmin Worldmap - Comparison / Differences Between V 3.02 and V 4

Does anyone know the differences between V 3.02 and V 4 for the Garmin
Worldmap (part 010-10215-01)? It's not clear from the online
description or the online map at the Garmin site.
I've found V 3.02 generally useful, but somewhat inaccurate in the
correspondence of map features to the actual ground, at least in
several parts of Asia.
