Hi,
GPS error is not constant but the maximum error can be seen as a
constant for most of the time and it's why the word was between "".
Then, one of the WAAS function is to send advsertisement on crazy SV
and a good GPS receiver with SBAS enabled
should deselect automaticaly this SV. One solution to avoid this
problem.
Antoher thing is that the phenomen you describe occurs only one time
since 2004 and the risk for that kind of application (ocean surface
drift) still very acceptable.
