PRN32

Now that they switched 32 "on" as usable, I was watching the different
receivers that I have and when 32 came into view, none of them seem to have
picked up on it. When I do a hard-reset on one of them and power cycle a
different one, they'll see 32, get ephemeris data for it, and even start to
use it for positional determination, but then anywhere from 3-5 minutes
after reset/power-on, 32 will suddenly disappear, as though it's not even
there! So, my thinking is that as the receiver updates its almanac, someone
must still be saying that 32 is unusable. How long does it take for the
constellation to update its almanac information? Is it something that takes
24 hours to propagate to everyone?
Or, is there a different reason why my receivers will see, then suddenly not
see 32?
