Here's a brief Q&A article about jamming:

Does anyone out there have any direct experience with GPS malfunctions
either intentionally or otherwise created ?

There are supposed to be notams when the military is doing jamming. I
have photos of the gear used by the jammers at Nellis, but basically
they use an off the shelf synthesizer that they modulate with noise.
They jam two band, which I assume is civil and military GPS.
I was on I-5 near Fresno when I'm pretty sure I was getting jammed,
though as I describe the jamming, the Nellis team said their jamming
wouldn't cause my symptoms. [Of course, Fresno is not far from
Lemore.] The problem I had was the map in my car nav system was
rotating maybe 5 degrees back and forth. That is 5 degrees clockwise,
then 5 degree counterclockwise. If I had need to vector to something,
I'd be walking like a drunken sailor., er, no offense to sailors. ;-)
