Google Earth 5 and GPS

It's good to see that the new beta of GE will download waypoints,
routes and tracks from Garmin and Magellan GPS receivers (it was
necessary to pay for this facility until Version 5 came along). Well
done to all concerned.

It's also possible to plot the current position in real-time, though
in my case I'm having a few problems with this (I don't get a marker).
