GPS launches

GPS IIR-20(M) satellite launch scheduled for 24 March:

It was delayed from last June when a problem with a pyrotechnic timer
that sequences the Delta II third stage events was discovered. The
international L5 signal frequency allocation now depends upon this
satellite.
