One work-around is to go here:
http://www.wmata.com/rail/stations.cfm
then click on the name of a station. This opens another WMATA page
with a small Google map on the right side.
Click on the red location marker on the smalll Google map.
This opens a Google Maps page that lists the station coordinates in
degrees and decimal degrees in line "B" (destination).
For example,
38.858088,-77.051687 (Crystal City Metrorail Station)
Someone (not me -- sorry, too far away) with patience and enough
motivation could construct a lat/long file of the whole system this
way.
