Hello,
This is a wealth of info. Thanks.
The exe works but the corresponding htm page does not tell how Q matrixes
are calculated( and I assumed there are 1 to 100 of them). I went to the
related links for papers that might explains. I downloads a number of
papers related to quantization and DCT but so far none gives me the above
info. One paper might --- titled mathjournal94.pdf, if I know where to get
hold of the corresponding 2 matlab files. Do you have any idea? Also among
all these papers from the 4 publications sites, which one tells me the
calculation of Q's.
Thanks,
FD
