Yes. Download the (free) Tabbed Text Format plugin and its documentation from
www.reindeergraphics.com. It comes in both Mac and Windows versions and will
export an image (or a region, or a channel from a color image, 8 or 16 bits
deepd) to a text file, and will also read similar data back in.
