    Hi:

    I've been asked to submit a proposal for a Signal/Image Processing
    Student Lab. I'm thinking about it and have some ideas, but I'm sure
    that many heads think better than one.

    They're going to finance the project, but I know I don't have a
    millionary budget.

    Please, help me soon for I have to send the proposal this Monday.
