which fileformat are you working on?
(in bitmap-files you need to align scanlines
and sometimes pad zeroes at the end. )

what do you mean with slided?

did straight vertical lines become diagonal?
then you simply miscounted by one pixel per scanline.

or is it upside-down or shifted?
