detecting motion blur

Hello,

I'm searching for an algorithm that is able to detect if there is a motion blur in a single image (and if possible also recovering the PSF of the specific blurring). While my Google search I stumbled over a so called "cepstral" analysis, but up to now I'm not familiar with it...

We need a motion detection algorithm to filter out blurred images from a database, so that we can exclude these images from further processing.

Regards, Roland
