Now I am reading the book " fast algorithm and paraell signal
procession". I am puzzled by the 2D fast DCT algorithm, which is
refernenced from N.I.Cho and S.U.Lee,"Fast aglorithm and implementation
of 2D discrete cosine transform" IEEE Trans.Circuits and
Systems,38.3,pp.
