Multi-layer/Photoshop vs multi-slice/ImageJ

Can anybody explain me the compatibility between Adobe Photoshop multi-
layer tiffs and ImageJ stacks? If I create multi-layer tiff in Adobe
Photoshop and then open it in ImageJ, I have only the flat image and
loose my layers. And vice versa, when I create stack in ImageJ and
save it as tiff, Photoshop will open this file with only first slice.
Is there any plugin or other way to solve this issue?
Thanks in advance!
