This is Usenet. Nobody "rates" postings in Usenet groups, coward or
not.
Now, it's possible that you are reading this via some sort of gateway
into some other kind of message-handling system. And it's possible that
the gateway, or people on your side of the gateway, do somehow "rate"
postings. But that's an oddity that applies only to you, and possibly
other people reading the way you do.
