manual segmentation CT scans

Hi people,
I'm wondering if there is any manual segmentation program for CT
scans.
I'm implementing few segmentation algorithms and I want to have a
ground truth for testing the accuracy of my algorithms. So I'm
searching any program that already gives a user interface to segment
images (draw lines, set points, select regions, and save those
information on a file).
