Sales Manager, Radiology - Chicago/USA

Our client develops and manufactures high-end cooling and air-
conditioning products as well as innovative system solutions for
commercial and industrial use. Over the past 29 years, they have
become synonymous with specialized solutions in this area. Examples
of applications are air-conditioning units for data centers with
severe space restrictions, cooling systems for medical equipment
facilities and clean-room air-conditioning units for laboratories.

Our client's HQ is based in Germany. They have been active in the
U.S. for over 10 years and just established a Sales and Support office
in Chicago, IL to further increase their U.S. market share. They are
currently looking for an energetic, passionate Sales Manager, Medical
Equipment Sector with lots of potential. This is an outstanding and
VERY rewarding opportunity for you to get in at ground level and grow
with the company.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and implement U.S. sales and marketing strategy for the
medical equipment sector.
* Identify and source new business.
* Build and maintain relationships with industry associations,
organizations and institutions.
* Assist in the business plan development.
* Develop sales forecasts.
* Visit and interact with established and prospective customers to
ensure the achievement of individual and corporate sales and profit
goals.
* Ensure excellent customer relations. Responds to customer needs,
consistent with Company standards, culture, and business practices.
* Maintain sales records and generate relevant market/sales reports
for company management as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree in business or engineering or relevant industry
experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the radiology arena,
specifically with MRI and CT equipment.
* Good technical knowledge of Toshiba, GE, Siemens MRI/CT equipment.
* Demonstrated business development and sales closing skills.
* Established contacts within R&D and Sales at main MRI and CT
equipment manufacturers.
* Enthusiastic, energetic, creative, results-driven, and analytical.
* Willingness to travel to Europe 2-3 times per year.
* Strong presentation skills
* Excellent communication skills
* German language skills preferred but not required
