Is there anynone who knows a chatting site or someting like this?

Hi there.

I'm now considering a small project that a user is able to find a man
or a woman who is a ideal type of the user base on movie or sport
star's pictures posted by a user.
I hardly find anysite serving that system in my counry.
I wanna try to googling. But because of my poor English, I cannot
make head nor tail at this time of day.

Could you tell me where sites providing that service are?
In addtion, please let me know libraries to be needed to construct
that system~~! : )
