What does this have to do with image processing? Maybe you could look
at http://www.imdb.com for a list of everything having to do with
movies and TV and the actors and other people who make the shows,
including photos.

I understood the original post to describe a
dating or matchmaking service.

The user lists movie or sport stars who are
their "ideal". The system then searches
through a database of photographs of
candidates and extracts those who look
similar to the set of movie and sports stars.

Apart from the obvious problem that this
assumes the worth of the entire person is
based solely on their looks, it is also
limited in that movie and sports stars tend
to be a lot more photogenic than the average
person. I have never seen a star who looks
remotely like me, with the sole exception of
Frankenstein's monster.
