im working on a small project in which i need to find the rotation and
scale betwwen two pictures
the steps im doing in order to find it:
1.im doing fftshift(fft(to the image))
2.im doing fftshift(fft(to the rotated image))
3.im trasforming the abs of the fft's to a log-polar cordinats
4.im cutting the log polar cordinates of the rotated image to get a
small part of that picture
5/im using normalized corralation to find the shift between the two
pictures
and now assuming that i done everything right... (other opinions will
be welcome) how can i know the scal and rotation angle from the shift?
