Change detection

Hi,
does anyone have any change detection test imagery? Preferably these
should be taken from an aerial vehicle or satellite. I need before and
after images, and also any ground truth of the changes, if possible.

Is there a database available somewhere on the net? My search has been
fruitless so far.
