Yes, I've encountered タソ and other related terms, although I don't
claim to be an expert on them. The way I understand it, -taso is favored
primarily by wota (ヲタ=おたく) when they converse online with people
who share the same fantasy. I have no idea if they also use it in speech.
-taso (and also -tan, for that matter) can have a distinctively geeky
connotation, so I don't recommend using it unless you know what you are
doing, that is, unless you are one of them *and* you are communicating
with your online comrades. But then you would know a lot better than I
do, so go right ahead...
