I'm not sure what the "it" of "it will be" is, but 見た事 most likely
will mean "the event of ... having seen ...," as in "annano mita koto
aru" = "I've seen the like." (Or, changing "aru" to "nai," "I've never
seen ..."
You can't touch a 事. An odd gap in my Japanese ability prevents me
from knowing whether "kinou 見た事 kikaseyou?" ("Shall I tell you what
[event] I saw yesterday?") is valid Japanese or not, but someone else
will, I bet.
