Pretty ridiculous, considering the 860 is the same size (um...maybe
marginally fatter due to the extended battery which I'm sure is worth
having) :-)

There are a handful of japanese vocab apps/flashcard programs etc, It
certainly isn't quite as well supported as some other PDAs. If you
shop carefully you could have a lot of change out of your $1500, even
with a big SD memory card and CF wifi card and whatever shareware you
need.
