Then that is a problem of your editor. It appears it's putting unicode
characters in as entities instead of just characters. I typically use Visual
Studio .Net 2003 to build websites (but that's just because I'm more of a
developer than a web designer) which has no such problem. Heck, even Notepad
can handle utf-8 just fine.
