Those reasons are very good reasons for posting in unicode a post
/that contains/ some 日本語 and some tiếng Việt , Español , Français etc..
If his post does not contain some 日本語 and some tiếng Việt , Español ,
Français etc.. then it is no longer a significant reason for using it.
