Damn. My sarcasm detector doesn't appear to be sensitive enough
for a clear reading.
Apart from the ", or" ", and" thing helpfully pointed out earlier nothing
sprang out at me although it did seem slightly stiff.
What I don't see is what makes it specifically for "speakers of
other languages". There's no indication that they are, for example,
able to discuss / explain corrections in languages other than English.
Entering hyper-cynical mode
a) I suppose it's easier to pass off OKish English (as wot I be writing)
to somebody who doesn't have it as a first language and, possibly more
importantly,
b) It's more difficult to persuade native English speakers who write badly
that they are, in fact, writing badly.
