I haven't looked this one up, but usually you can search a kanji
dictionary directly for that component unless it's super-deformed like
the 人 in 休.

I find it easier to work with a good paper kanji dictionary than using
an on-line radical chart. You need something fairly big and easy to
read and that you can keep open while searching on-line or in a
dictionary. You can probably just photocopy one out of an existing
dictionary. If it's a small font, I recommend enlarging.

I know of one book, called "Remembering the kanji" by James Heisig, which breaks down each character into smaller pieces, and gives each piece a name, but those aren't "radicals". ... Anyway, the names that that book gives are particular to that book itself, so I don't recommend it to you. ...
