The name of a radical

I'm looking for the name of the radical that is below
雨 in 雪. For some reason Gahoh doesn't list it (or i
have missed it).

As we're on the subject - i was googling after a nice
table of (most of) the radicals but didn't find one.
Any hints on that?

I know of one book, called "Remembering the kanji" by James Heisig, which breaks down each character into smaller pieces, and gives each piece a name, but those aren't "radicals". ...
