The rarity of あなた方 made me surprised there are as many as the
23 occurrences in the Tanaka collection. A few are rather Biblical.
Many of these sentences have come from textbooks. I suspect there are
a lot of rather archaic books out there. Postillions are doubtless
still being struck by lightning.
