有無を言わせぬ is nearly as common but if you've got one in the dictionary you don't really need the other as well.

But the definition won't work as well for the second, which isn't adverbial. 

I didn't mean that the definition was exactly the same, just that if you found one
in the dictionary you shouldn't need to look up the other one to work out
what it means.

Guessing that this has something to do with how common they are:
As with all the recent lot I make no claims for frequency of use - just that I came across them when reading and found them in a dictionary.
That said, 

石敷 3,460 Google hits
したり顔 41,600 Google hits

言い添える 【いいそえる】 to add (to what was said before), to say in addition
[...]
言い足す; 言いたす 【いいたす】 to add (to what was said before), to say in addition
[...] 

My intuition says the first of these could be covered in principle with
添える's role as a suffix noted elsewhere, but the second has to be
included.

Which apparently means I don't think 足す's role as a suffix is as
productive.  That might not stand up against empirical research.

From the Japanese-learner end-user point of view 
言い足す I would have probably known without looking it
up but  言い添える left me befuddled.
