I am note aware of the phrase "たのしめに". Google only gives it 28 hits, which reinforces my suspicion that it does not exist. Meanwhile お楽しみに gets a healthy 761,000.

The latter has a variety of meanings. Sometimes it means "Have fun!" or "Enjoy yourself", and is said as a closing to people in conversations and informal emails. Other times people may use it to refer to themselves, to mean "I'm looking forward to it", as an abbreviation of お楽しみにしています. Sometimes it is an invitation/exhortation for you to enjoy something ("Welcome to this web page/Enjoy using this web page!").

Someone else probably has a more succinct explanation.

I agree to those comments except one

I'm not able to compose any sentence under any situations using
"お楽しめに," either.

"お楽しみにしております。"　is also very rare, which reather belongs to
ungrammatical expression.  PLease compare the following sentences:

A) お楽しみにしておられます。
　　お楽しみにしていられます。
　　お楽しみにしていらっしゃいます。
　　お楽しみになさっておられます。
　　お楽しみになさっていられます。
　　お楽しみになさっていらっしゃいます。
　　お楽しみになさって（いて、いらして）ください。
　　お楽しみにしていてください。
　　お楽しみにしておいてください。

Ｂ）楽しみにしております。
　　楽しみにさせていただきます。
　　楽しみにさせていただいております。

なるほど。I think what you are trying to say is that you wouldn't ever say お楽しみに about yourself, but you could say 楽しみに（しています） in regards to yourself?

Right?

"You, He, She, They" will fit to the A group.
"I & We" will fit to the B group.

Howerver, "my son" for example, should not fit to the A but to the B group,
you know.
