Wikipedia's "List of English words of Japanese origin"

Another "Wikipedia" discussion.
I went back to Wikipedia again today, and found an interesting page:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_English_words_of_Japanese_origin
But I wonder how many of these words are "English words" in any meaningful sense. "Nihon-Shiki" seems to me to not be an English word in any real sense, and do people really use "serafuku" or "shiba inu" or "seiyuu" as English words?
Also, shouldn't "go" be "igo" in Japanese, and who in their right minds cultivates "kudzu" in Japan?
I'd like to get some other opinions before barging in to the entry but it does look pretty bogus.
Thanks for your input.
Danny.
