You seem to be using Windows, so here is how:
1. go to Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Character Map
2. select the Symbol font
3. voila, nice selection of the finest math symbols. Copy and paste to taste
4. don't ever listen to something Danny said.
