EDICT doesn't have a separate entry for 捲れる, but instead the automatic verb form thingy refers you to 捲る indirectly implying that it's a potential form but I'm not sure that's always correct.

Well technically it does have 捲れる but if you'd read the subject line or the rest of my post you should be able to see why I said it didn't. .
