Koujien example sentences

The Koujien has a reputation of being a stodgy, slightly archaic
dictionary (although the 5th edition has remedied a lot of the former
complaints). Many of the example sentences, even for common words,
are drawn from old sources like the Genji, the Manyooshuu, etc. But
some of the examples are more amusing, and I like to think that the
dictionary makers chuckled as they put them in.
For instance, うたたね contains some sage medical advice:
「うたたねして風邪をひく」
In the "them's fighting words" category, we have:
糞: 「くそ、負けるものか」
なにくそ: 「なにくそ、まけてたまるか」
くたばる: 「くたばってしまえ」
おのれ: 「おのれ、何のこれしき」
やがる: 「とっとと失せやがれ」 and 「ふざけやがって、この野郎」
畜生: 「こんちくしょうめ」
