EDICT : nokemono (merge); nokemono ni suru



Not much doubt about merging these two.

除け者 【のけもの】 (n) an outcast
のけ者 【のけもの】 (n) outcast

However I think the definition could use a little fine-tuning as
it seems a little harsh at the moment. Maybe add "odd man out" or such.


It would probably be clearer if there were entries for a common expression that uses 除け者. 除け者にする 【のけものにする】 (exp) to shun; to reject; to exclude (from some activity); to send to Coventry

(Did "sent to Coventry" make it into other English speaking countries?)
