広辞苑 doesn't have 濃藍 (のうらん) or 濃藍 (こあい),
大辞林 has こあい only.

This might be productive, in an obscure way. 濃青色、濃橙色、etc.

濃青色 is more productive (23,600 Yahoo hits)
のうせいしょく dark blue
and 濃橙色 is (somewhat) more obscure (379, Japanese only)
のうとうしょく(?) dark orange(?)
In fact 濃橙色 'beat' the search engine in that there are no matches for のうとうしょく + 濃橙色 although there are
for とうしょく + 橙色


Of course productive in the /language/ sense means something like "being able to be used with other (new) words"
doesn't it? Like -ing is productive because Google -> Googling
