Surely something like that. I deleted the message within 20 seconds of
posting it, because the thought came to me that it was very much like 三
人でいく and the like. [やつらは]みんなで私をのけ者にした "They all
together as a group left me out in the cold"とか.

No, but you sure missed the "h"!

For one thing, I bet (again without googling) 嫌った isn't all that much
more common than 好いた (which canna happily provided).
