Yes, I can't help on that one, short of removing 行う.
Couldn't you check for に行って/た, へ行って/た which would normally be いって not おこなって.
I _could_ but I am not keen to add a slab of code to handle one verb.
Ah, so it wasn't "I can't help on that one" but "I won't help on that one" ;-) .
