Studying Japanese/Korean at university

Well, just about any large university offers courses in modern Japanese and/or Korean.
But I'm looking for one that has courses in the pre-modern Japanese and Korean.
So far... one that I've encountered which explicitly indicates on their website somewhere such courses is the University of Hawaii. What's more, it appears as if they will be having courses in Okinawan as well...
I also know someone who completed a minor in Japanese at Arizona State - they have courses in premodern Japanese, but not in premodern Korean, it seems. Likewise for Berkeley and Stanford.
Short of going to Japan/Korea to study, any other suggestions? American universities would be convenient, but I am open to other suggestions. (UK would also be convenient, but less so.)
