The other guy be "marifu." Now what looks kind of like 阿原村 but almost certainly isn't, in 菊地郡、熊本？ (Write 阿原 cursively--first character short horizontal in upper left corner, then straight down on left side, す with the second stroke starting at, not above, the horizontal one; second charater starts like a fat-bottomed る with another loop of some sort below--and see what it *really* says; I can't tell.) Whatever it was, it must not exist any more.
