赤電話に関しては、
1995年に廃止された、という情報がありますが、

私は、赤電話はもう見かけることはありませんが、青電話（緑の電話機）はまだ
あるような気がします。（確認はしていません。）テレフォンカードがまだ存在
しますから、青電話はたぶんあるでしょう。

赤電話はお店などに管理を委託しているものです。10円玉でかけていた時代はほ
とんどこれでした。100円玉の入るものもありました。
テレフォンカードの入る赤電話、というのはおそらく存在しないとおもいます。
ちなみに、ピンク電話は一般加入電話を公衆用に使えるようにしたものです。
