I'm way too lazy to read those, but I recall that in 1985 public phones were
color coded by how far you could call... Local, regional, national,
international. I can't remember which colors were which, because I didn't
really use public phones. They've got that typical Japanese amusement park
flavor though. Anybody else feel like Japan is a giant theme park?
