Do you mean Google it after composing/entering the kanji ?
Ouch. That's a very labour-intensive process. I can read kanji names at
moderate speed, apart from difficult ones, but composing/typing them is
way too time-consuming.

I use JWPce which has several kanji lookup methods so I can compose the name pretty quickly. Then I cut & paste it into Google.
