(Actually, I'm reading it from a pamphlet I picked up at the cinema in
2004), but the webpage contains the same information.

There are a bunch of webpages which refer to 出情児 rather than
井出情児. So if it's an error by exclusion, then it's an error
which has spread (which is a likely scenario).

My guess would be it's 井出情児 and you've somehow lost the 井.
In which case it's Ide Jyoji.
