My guess would be it's 井出情児 and you've somehow lost the 井.
In which case it's Ide Jyoji.

The "two films" would seem to be
昭和元禄 and 白昼の襲撃 　
searching on the film names with 情児 you can clearly see that
some times he's listed as 井出情児 but also as 出情児.

I guess somebody got it wrong and everybody else copied them.

So, probably いでじょうじ

as the ones that list 出情児 don't give the reading.
