From U.S.: possible to order from Amazon Japan Marketplace?

I just saw a reference to 明解日本語アクセント辞典 in
another thread. Amazon Japan has it, with quite inexpensive used copies
available from the マーケットプレイス. So I attempted to order
one of the used copies, and for each one I was told that I couldn't
order from my address (which is in the U.S.). Is this a general rule
for the マーケットプレイス, or do I just have to keep trying
different booksellers? Or are there other sites from which I might
order this or other used Japanese books?
Here's what I get when I try to enter my address:
"There is a slight problem with your order."
"*** We're sorry. The item can't be shipped to your selected
destination. You may either change the shipping address or delete the
item from your order by changing its quantity to 0 and clicking the
update button. ***"
Thanks for any advice.
