I've taken a look at what's available at

my question is NO. Am I correct?
To do the test you have to fill in circles (A), (B), (C), (D) on a form with a pencil. You don't need any kanji writing ability as such. I don't think there is any test regarding stroke order or other parts of kanji writing.
